Wings of Compassion is powered by volunteers with a heart to serve. From pilots and mechanics to ground crews, prayer warriors, and support teams—our mission thrives because of people willing to give their time and talents for the sake of others.

For over 40 years, our volunteers have stepped up in times of disaster to bring relief, hope, and the message of Jesus Christ to those in crisis. Whether flying supplies into hard-to-reach areas, offering hands-on help in the field, or supporting logistics behind the scenes, each role is vital and deeply valued.

Our ministry depends on skilled, mission-minded pilots—both civilian and military—who are willing to fly into disaster zones, transport supplies, and bring relief where it’s needed most. If you’re a licensed pilot with a heart to serve, we invite you to use your wings for the Kingdom.

🔧 Ground Support & Logistics
Every successful flight and outreach requires a team on the ground—coordinators, mechanics, drivers, and laborers—working behind the scenes. If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to serve in practical ways, there’s a place for you.
